Charlie Kaufman, my love for you is Eternal!

I just had to express one more time how much I absolutely adore this movie.
I watched it for the second time, with the notion of looking at it from an "interpersonal relationships" perspective, and I noticed even more amazing nuances and details.
And I so appreciate having a non-nauseating, genuine love story-- and cannot understand how someone's mind was able to concoct such a story.

yeah, brill film. Malkovitch and Adaptation are frakkin' great too.
Ta for the blog link (it doesn't work btw!) I'll return the favour.
Such a great trailer too.. they used the Electric Light Orchestra's Mr. Blue Sky. You can watch it here
...I think the song is in the film too from what I can remember. Good tunes and who can resist Ms. Dunst dancing about in in her underwear!

Yeah, I love this movie.

Watch 'Adaptation' if you liked this. Nic Cage plays Charlie Kaufman and his twin brother.

It's very, very good.

Glad to hear my opinion is shared. It is such a lovely story (I'm tempted to reference certain scenes, but I won't for L's sake!), and great acting. It is nice to see Jim Carrey as a mellow, understated character with Kate Winslet being the over-the-top one. Plus Mark Ruffalo is the cutest geek boy ever!

So, the consensus is that LMizzle should get her ass to the video store!

I have seen both Adaptation and Being John Malkovich, and also adored them both. It's refreshing to see films with smart humour!

I have yet to see The Science of Sleep, though, which by the same director (Michel Gondry) as this. Has anyone else?
